Well-known among the owners of AMD Ryzen processors, enthusiast Yuri “1usmus” Bubliy is preparing to release a new version of the Project Hydra utility. Yesterday, Yuri announced version 1.2, which not only supports the upcoming Ryzen 7000 processors based on the Zen 4 architecture, but also a tool for overclocking AMD Radeon video cards.

Project Hydra 1.2 will receive an updated Curve Optimizer diagnostic engine with more flexible Performance Boost Overdrive 2 and Hybrid OC features. More details have not yet been specified.

Of greater interest is RX-Tuner, a tool for tuning AMD Radeon video cards, while it claims to support adapters based on the RDNA 3 architecture (Radeon RX 7000). The utility can automatically select the optimal settings for the graphics adapter.
Yury will tell you more about Project Hydra 1.2 in the coming weeks, and the release of the utility will take place at the end of next month.
