Tokyo, Japan-based indie game publisher D3PUBLISHER and independent game developer LANCARSE have announced the full release of their survival roguelike action game Ed-0: Zombie Uprising. The game is now available for PC on Steam and PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles on digital stores. The game’s full global launch includes many new additions and content updates, resulting in over 100 hours of gameplay.
Ed-0: Zombie Uprising is a brutal rogue-like strategic battle set in fictional Edo-era Japan where hordes of hungry zombies have raided an isolated country. No dungeon run will be the same, so players’ judgment will be paramount as they will have to face “once in a lifetime” challenges with a wide variety of random elements among dangerous opponents.
Ed-0: Zombie Uprising features a variety of undead enemies, from “newly interpreted” Japanese zombies to foreign invaders born after the “Zombie Industrial Revolution”. Players will unlock more as they play (and succeed), with a growing number of options to customize builds to your liking – with the ability to increase the difficulty level to test your abilities.
The launch of Ed-0: Zombie Uprising adds a set of new content, including a ninja as a playable character, five new stages and additional challenge stages and side quests, new bosses and enemy types, blessings, in-game events, additional character building options, and more.
