The PS4 version of High on Life has been spotted in the PSN database

The PS4 version of High on Life has been spotted on the PlayStation Network backend, signaling the arrival of Squanch Games’ first-person shooter on PlayStation platforms, including PS5.

The report comes from renowned Gematsu magazine who found the PS4 version of High on Life through OrbisPatches. The card related to the game seems to have been created on July 17, 2023 and has been updated with patch 1.03 today.

Created by Justin Roiland, co-creator of Rick and Morty and The Far Side of the Earth, and Squanch Games, High on Life is a humorous first-person shooter in which we’ll take on the role of a Sunday afternoon hero who decides to become a space bounty hunter in order to destroy an alien drug cartel that has come up with the idea of using humans as a special ingredient to make drugs.

The game was released on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC on December 13 last year, was also included in the Game Pass catalog and received recognition from the players. The ‘High on Knife’ expansion will be released in the fall, and at this point it’s safe to assume that the PS5 and PS4 versions of High on Life will come along with the release of the DLC, or maybe even sooner.
