Oley claims he requested details to correct any factual errors but only received them from lawyers in May of the current year, along with a threat of litigation if the issues weren’t addressed within 10 days. However, DCS’s managing director, David Stevens, refutes parts of Oley’s claims, stating that inaccuracies were provided in 2022, but Oley allegedly failed to follow up.
