    Sonic Origins Plus Classics Trailer



    The continuation of last year’s anthology Sonic Origins will be released in June this year. The Sonic Origins Plus edition will include all 12 Blue Hedgehog games released on the Game Gear.

    Sega set the release date for June 23, which Sonic fans know is his birthday (the day the franchise turns 32). Sonic Origins Plus includes games released in last year’s anthology, as well as games for the Game Gear, which can be played on the emulator in the game’s museum.

    In addition, Amy Rose will become a playable character in all four games, and Knuckles in Sonic CD. And those who bought Sonic Origins last year will be able to upgrade to Sonic Origins Plus with a $9.99 expansion pack purchased through their platform’s digital store.

    Nine Sonic titles were released for the Sega Game Gear, and he appeared as a guest star in the tenth, Tails Adventure. Sega did not say what the other two games were.

    Sonic Origins was released on June 23, 2022 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
