New information on the status of the series “Agents of SHIELD” in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the return details of Daisy Johnson, played by Chloe Bennet.
By data reputable insiders, Marvel Studios refers to the series as an alternative universe, similar to the main one. Many storylines will remain canon, such as the Hydra Arc and the Ghost Rider alliance. However, Daisy Johnson’s origin and image will be slightly changed. In fact, the same situation as with the series from Netflix.
Chloe Bennet has already signed with Marvel Studios, and her character is expected to return in Secret Invasion, which will air in 2023. The studio also plans to develop a project about the Secret Warriors team, which will include Daisy Johnson. A similar team, by the way, was in the third season of Agents of SHIELD.
As for the return of other characters in the series, so far there is no new information. Last year, insider Daniel Richtman reported on Marvel’s plans to bring back Gabriel Luna’s Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes) for a potential Sons of Midnight project.
