Rob Zombie has unveiled a new poster for the upcoming The Munsters reboot, providing one of the first big looks at the project since the first teaser trailer was released in early June.
It was first revealed that Rob Zombie is rebooting the classic 1960s sitcom The Munsters in March 2021. June 8, 2022 was first teaser trailer releasedand this week fans got a closer look at the film with new key art.
The new art features the three central characters of the sitcom: Lily (Sheri Moon Zombie: House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects), Herman (Jeff Daniel Phillips: Westworld, Geico Caveman) and Grandpa (Daniel Roebuck) : “The Fugitive”, “To Stay Alive”). The new art features make-up and costumes that are remarkably reminiscent of the original series, with gothic set designs and greenish lighting reminiscent of old Hollywood horror films. The cast also needs to reassure fans. Phillips is a carbon copy of the original Herman Fred Gwyn, facial expressions and all. The only thing that is still not clear is who will play Eddie’s son and Marilyn’s daughter.
