According to a job posting posted by PlayStation London Studio, an urban fantasy co-op game could be coming to PC in addition to PS5.
Specifically, this is a Senior/Chief Warfare Designer, and the candidate’s ideal skills include AAA console and PC game development.
This is of course not an actual confirmation, but on the other hand, Sony appears to be planning to release some of its live service games simultaneously on PS5 and PC, with Hermen Hulst, head of Worldwide Studios, specifying that this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
At the moment, it is known that the new work of the London studio, which does not yet have an official name, will be a cooperative multiplayer game, which takes place in a fantasy version of London. We also learned from the job posting above that it will be an action-adventure game and that players will be able to choose from “a balanced roster of heroes, each with unique abilities.”
An interesting detail, but it doesn’t give a complete picture of the game, which could, for example, take a cue from another action-adventure game with multiple playable characters, such as Genshin Impact, or appear in a completely different form. Let’s see.
