The development team behind the Playstation 4 emulator, fpPS4, has released a new version of it. According to reports, the new version can now run 26 commercial games and 12 home games.
In case you’re wondering, the emulator can’t run any of the AAA PS4 games. So while this is a huge improvement for this emulator, you should moderate your expectations. In other words, you won’t be able to play games like Bloodborne, Ghost of Tsushima, or The Last of Us Part 2.
fpPS4 is the fourth Playstation 4 emulator currently in development. The other three are Kyty, Spine and GPCS4.
Those interested can download fpPS4 from here. The emulator requires a 64-bit operating system, an x64 CPU with AVX2 support, and a GPU with Vulkan API support.
