One of the worst erotic games of the 90s Plumbers Don’t Wear Ties is getting a re-release on PC and consoles

Limited Run Games has announced that Plumbers Don’t Wear Ties: Definitive Edition is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox and PC. More details about the release date have not yet been announced.

Plumbers Don’t Wear Ties is an obscure video game released on 3DO in the 90s. In fact, it was obscure until it was made famous on the Internet in 2009 by James Rolfe (The Angry Video Game Nerd) who reviewed the game. And since then, a lot of memes and videos with this game have appeared on the Internet. However, until now it hasn’t been that easy to “play” because it is essentially a 3DO exclusive (it was released for Windows, but in very limited quantities).

Luckily(?), we can now play it in all its glory on modern consoles with this re-release. This definitive edition included deleted scenes, interviews, and audio commentary. The comments and interviews include actors from the game itself, as well as the already mentioned James Rolfe, thanks to whom people remembered this game.
