Nintendo has entered into an agreement to acquire Dynamo Pictures, a Tokyo-based visual content planning and production company. The deal is expected to close on October 3rd.
According to Nintendo, the acquisition of Dynamo Pictures will strengthen the visual content planning and production structure within the Nintendo group.
Following the closure, Nintendo will change the company name from Dynamo Pictures to Nintendo Pictures to focus on developing visual content using Nintendo’s intellectual property.
