New update for Halo: The Master Chief Collection brings new content and tons of improvements

Almost three years have passed since the release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, which includes restored versions of the main games of the Halo series. Despite such a long period of time, the developers from the 343 Industries studio continue to release large-scale updates with new content and improvements. In this patch, the developers have added a new mode for the company and improved the Firefight mode, along with many other innovations.

A new update for Halo: The Master Chief Collection overhauls the original controls across all games. Now players will be able to customize the controller and keyboard layout for each game in the collection, creating a universal control scheme or focusing on the unique features of each project. Also, more personalization settings were added to the collection and the ability to return all lost Halo: CE and Halo 2 through modifications from Digsite Deliveries was built in.

The patch allows you to explore all of Halo 4’s campaigns and Spartan Operations missions through a dedicated game mode, the theater of war that Halo 3 players love so much. At the same time, the Firefight mode has been improved to be much more modern and easier to play.
