New Pac-Man World Re-PAC trailer shows graphic differences between remake and original

Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Pac-Man World Re-PAC, this time comparing the graphics of the remaster and the original version. The trailer shows a striking difference in graphic fidelity when compared to the original PlayStation version. Area 1 and Area 2 are shown for comparison.

Announced back in June, Pac-Man World Re-PAC is coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. The release is scheduled for August 26th.

In July, a gameplay trailer for the game was released showing several levels. New gameplay details were also revealed, detailing improvements to the game’s user interface, the addition of new movement abilities, and general work to improve the game.

Pac-Man World Re-PAC is a remake of the classic Pac-Man World on PlayStation. It completely redesigns the ghost island from the original game, and players will have to use various attacks, abilities and power-ups to save Pac-Mama, Pac-Boy, Pac-Sis, Professor Pac and Pac-Buddy.
