Naraka: Bladepoint crossover with NieR is officially coming out in August, NetEase has announced. The crossover will include content from NieR: Replicant and NieR: Automata and will be available in-game on August 9th. The crossover was originally announced last December, with a mysterious trailer teasing the content on offer (but not directly announcing it).
It looks like NetEase has gotten into the habit of releasing short teasers because there’s another one, and like the previous one, it’s not very informative. However, you can take a look at it here.
The trailer also ends with “Glory is Ours”, which appears to be a reference to “Glory to Mankind” from NieR: Automata.
Unfortunately, none of the trailers provide much information about what the crossover will actually be: outfits, characters, or something else entirely? NetEase is promising that details will come “soon,” so it looks like we’ll have to wait and see.
This is far from the first Naraka: Bladepoint crossover. The game has merged twice with Souls-like Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
The game also went free today, so you can try it out without paying a dime.
