Limited Run Games has announced a collection of classic Jurassic Park games for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC (Steam). Pre-orders for the physical editions will begin September 1st and end October 15th through Limited Run Games.
The Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection brings together the lineup of classic games and adds new features, including per-game save states, new in-game maps, and various quality of life fixes that bring these games into the modern era of gaming. The additions added to this collection are carefully selected to celebrate the legacy of the 1993 film from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment and the love that the Limited Run and Carbon teams share for the blockbuster franchise.
The Jurassic Park Classics Collection will include the following fan-favorite games originally released for the NES, Game Boy, and SNES:
- Jurassic Park
- Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues
In addition to this collection, Limited Run is also reissuing Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues on NES, Game Boy, and SNES cartridges. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park, Limited Run is adding amber colored cases and a series of premium collector’s editions to these cartridges, including illuminated cartridges, numbered covers and a collectible poster pack.
