    North American multi-gaming organization OpTic Gaming have picked up The Dire. The team surrounding TI5 champion ppd and European veterans such as MiSeRy- and Pajkatt will now wear green as they represent Optic Gaming in the upcoming season. Thus far, Optic Gaming has only qualified for The summit 8.

    Saksa takes break, replaced by syndereN

    Mid or Feed was forced to make a roster change just weeks into the new competitive season as captain Saksa decided to leave the team to take a break from competitive Dota 2. According to his twitlonger, Saksa felt burned out and had even originally considered taking a break after TI7. He has now been replaced by syndereN, who’s team No Diggity disbanded just weeks after its formation as well.

    Secret qualifies for 3rd event in a row

    Team Secret has had a strong start into the season, dominating all the European qualifiers and securing their participation at 4 events of the new competitive circuit. As an invited team to the Perfect World Masters, Secret only had three qualifiers to play thus far, but showcased that they are
    in form with dominant performances and results. Across three qualifier finals, Secret has not dropped a single game, defeating the likes of mousesports and OG 2-0 after a strong 3-0 finish over SFT.

    Tournament Overview:

  • The first Minor approaches and is only two weeks away. In addition to Na’Vi, Mineski and SG, Secret, Vici Gaming and compLexity Gaming have also qualified for the SLTV i-League Invitational Season 3.
  • Virtus.pro, Happy Feet, Evil Geniuses, SG e-sports team and Team Secret have joined Keen-Gaming as qualifiers for the ESL One Hamburg Major. Together with Newbee and Liquid, they will compete at the end of October in Hamburg.
  • Immortals, Natus Vincere, Sacred, VGJ Thunder, Mineski and Team Secret have all qualified for the PGL Open Bucharest Minor. Joining them will be invited teams Evil Geniuses and PSG.LGD.
