Publisher Merge Games and developer ION LANDS will release Cloudpunk on PlayStation 5 next month on August 19th. Initially, the game will be available for purchase in digital format through the PlayStation Store, and exactly one week later the disc edition will also be updated.
Users who already own the PlayStation 4 version of Cloudpunk will be able to upgrade to the older console version for free.
Especially for PS5, developers have redesigned visuals and improved performance – now players can explore the neon metropolis in 4K resolution at 60 FPS.
Cloudpunk also added support for the DualSense controller, including haptic feedback related to the rain effect, adaptive triggers that work when your car is damaged, and a light bar that displays the amount of fuel.
