Bug in Windows 10 “breaks” USB printers

A bug has been discovered in the Windows 10 operating system that causes an error in the operation of printers that are connected via USB. This is reported by the portal PC World.

Some users are faced with the fact that the system shows duplicate printers connected to it, and some complain about the inability to print documents. For the first time, the error became known on July 22, and it is not yet known for certain what exactly caused the problem. Microsoft hastened to reassure users, saying that the error is already being fixed, but at the time of writing the news, it is still not fixed.

As a temporary measure, the portal advises users affected by the bug to update the printer drivers, try reinstalling it, or manipulate the USB ports in the properties of the device itself.
