The American IT giant Apple has introduced an extreme security mode called Lockdown Mode. The anti-spyware barrier will be launched in the near future for iOS 16, iPadOS 16 and macOS Ventura operating systems, Izvestia reported.
Apple engineers took up this development after spy attacks by the Israeli company NSO Group. Cupertino believes that the attacks were aimed at influential people – politicians, journalists.
Lockdown Mode significantly slows down the gadget and limits its functionality. The mode can hardly be called convenient, but it is effective for ensuring digital security.
