Limited Run Games has announced that Tomba!, an action-adventure platform game developed by Whoopee Camp. will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC on Steam.
Creator Tokuro Fujiwara is on the project, and fans can expect a new soundtrack from Fujita Harumi. The project is created on the Carbon Engine.
The game follows the protagonist as he attempts to retrieve his grandfather’s bracelet from hostile pigs. It was a truly beloved classic on the original PlayStation, so seeing a revival of it honestly seems unrealistic. Physical and digital releases are planned, but details have yet to be announced.
